This is the cotton gin invented by Eli Whitney. This    invention helped to revolutionize the cotton industry in which this machine speeds up the process of removing seeds from cotton that took workers hours and hours to do. As cotton was a major export this helped to generate a great amount most of which did not go to Whitney.

James Watt invented the steam engine which added and changed  to inventions of that time. The first steam engines were used to pump water from deep reachings.   It's  biggest impact was on  transportation in which factories had to be   located near rivers. 

This is the flying shuttle invented by John Kay. This allowed for thread to be woven at a faster rate. This invention helped to revolutionize the textile industry. 

\Indeed the invention  of the light bulb  by Thomas Edison  greatly impacted the Industrial Revolution.  The lightbulb allowed factories to   have workers working in the night.  This allowed for  the increase of production and revenue.
